Board credits unlock gpt-image-2 styling boards that are delivered instantly to your session as downloadable images. Because delivery is immediate and digital, credits are treated as consumed once a board is generated.
Unused credits
Where checkout is live, unused credits from a pack may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, in USD, to the original payment method, provided they have not been used to generate boards.
Used credits
Credits already spent to assemble and download a board are non-refundable, as the digital output has been delivered.
Billing issues
If you are ever charged incorrectly once payments are live, contact us and we will investigate and correct any error, refunding in USD where appropriate.
