What we collect

- Styling choices you make in the layer builder, used only to assemble your board during your session.
- Basic, aggregated usage analytics to keep the tool reliable.
We do not collect card or payment details on this site. Payment provider is pending, so no billing information is processed today.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiries.
- To operate and improve the styling tool.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Sharing
We use a third-party image model (gpt-image-2) to generate boards. Styling prompts sent to generate a board are processed to return an image. We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact support@activeout.shop and we will respond in line with UK data protection law.
Retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to help you and to meet our records obligations, then delete it.
